Driving licence and eyesight
You must hold a current valid licence (either provisional or full) which must be produced on the first lesson. You must also be able to read a number plate from a distance 20.5 metres (67 feet) using your glasses if normally worn.
Lessons must be paid for before you start your driving lesson.
Block bookings must be paid for in full to receive the discounted price. Block bookings are none refundable, and must be taken in 2 hour driving lessons. Block booked driving lessons cannot be used for your driving test. The driving test is charged at full price of £50
Beginners package is only available for drivers that have never driven before. The first two driving lessons will be one and a half hours long, the last two hours will be given a week before your driving test. If you have a break for over 3 weeks in your driving you will lose your remaining hours (unless you discuss with me first). The beginner’s package is none refundable.
You will need to give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice should you need to cancel a lesson. Any lessons cancelled within this period must be paid for in full.
We reserve the right to cancel the Lesson if the pupil is deemed to be unfit for driving due to alcohol, drugs or other medical reasons that may affect the safety to others.
We reserve the right to withdraw our cars for tests without notice should the pupil prove not to be up to test standard.
We cannot be held responsible for postponements of lessons due to illness or mechanical breakdown, nor for driving tests postponed by the Driving Vehicle and Standards Agency.
After arriving at your nominated pick up point for your lesson but there is no reply at the address in question, we will wait approximately 10 minutes. If after 10 minutes, you have not made contact or we are unable to reach you, the lesson will be abandoned and you will be required to pay for the lesson(s) in question.
Thank you in advance for your co-operation.
